Influencia del clima en la evolución humana

Abstract

[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado consiste en una revisión bibliográfica de cuál ha sido la influencia del clima en la evolución humana. El linaje humano ha estado influenciado por las variaciones climáticas, de forma que algunas especies se han extinguido y han aparecido otras. Los cambios en el clima han sido determinantes a lo largo de la evolución, tanto en la aparición de adaptaciones específicas humanas (cambios en el tamaño y forma corporal, pigmentación de la piel, etc.) como en el cambio en las condiciones de su nicho climático, que causó la migración de las distintas especies de homininos desde África hasta diferentes regiones del planeta ocupando todo el espacio. Actualmente estamos sumidos en un nuevo cambio climático, de consecuencias imprevisibles, propiciado, en parte, por nuestra especie, Homo sapiens

[EN] This final degree project consists of a bibliographic review of the influence of climate on human evolution. The human lineage has been influenced by climatic variations, with some species becoming extinct and others appearing. Changes in climate have been determinant throughout evolution, both in the appearance of specific human adaptations (changes in body size and shape, skin pigmentation, etc.) and in the change in the conditions of their climatic niche, which caused the migration of the different species of hominins from Africa to different regions of the planet, occupying the whole of space. We are currently in the midst of a new climate change, with unpredictable consequences, caused in part by our species, Homo sapiens
