La evolución de las notificaciones y su régimen en la AEAT

Abstract

[ES] Las notificaciones que realiza la Administración han sufrido un gran cambio con los avances de la tecnología, de tal forma que se ha venido sustituyendo la forma habitual de comunicación entre Administración y los ciudadanos hasta el punto de que resulta habitual y generalizado el uso de las notificaciones electrónicas. Por supuesto, el ámbito del Derecho Tributario no ha sido menos adhiriéndose a dicho sistema. Por ello, resulta necesario abordar temas como su regulación, requisitos, las garantías que tiene el obligado tributario, la eficacia y por supuesto, los posibles problemas que puede acarrear.

[EN] The notifications issued by the Administration have experienced a significant change due to the latest technological developments, to the extent that the traditional means of communication between the Administration and citizens have been replaced to the point that the standard and generalized use of electronic notifications has become commonplace. Of course, the field of Tax Law has been equally adhering to this system. Therefore, it is necessary to address issues such as its regulation, requirements, safeguards for the taxpayer, effectiveness and, of course, the potential problems that may arise.
