AB 中国最常用的语言由许多不同的术语定义，其中包括“汉语，中文，普通话，国语，中国话”。其中一些已被翻译成西方语言，如西班牙语，英语，意大利语和其他语言。在每种语言中，都有数个术语用来指代它。术语上的不一致被认为是潜在的广泛分歧的一个指标，本文对此进行了分析和讨论。The most used language in China is defined by many different terms, among which Hanyu 汉语, Zhongwen 中文, putonghua 普通话, guoyu 国语, Zhongguohua 中国话. Some of them have been translated into Western languages , into Spanish, English, Italian and other languages, in each one of those there are several terms used to refer to it. The lack of agreement on the nomenclature can be considered an indicator of a broader underlying disagreement. The bases of this disagreement rest on several pillars that will be analyzed in this work.
