Reencuentros con la violencia. Personas procedentes del Triángulo Norte de Centroamérica a su paso por Tenosique, México

Abstract

[ES] Mediante un estudio antropológico, se analizará el que personas huyendo de la violencia en el Triángulo Norte de Centroamérica lleguen a México para escapar. Tras el trabajo de campo etnográfico, se pretende observar cómo desde la frontera México-Guatemala hasta la ciudad de Tenosique de Pino Suárez, estos seres humanos se ven expuestos a innumerables experiencias traumáticas. Para sobrevivir se enfrentan a un peligroso viaje donde sus vidas se ven nuevamente amenazadas. A través de los testimonios y observaciones en la zona, esperamos revelar una trágica realidad en la que la violencia reaparece en la vida de quienes intentaban dejar esta atrás.

[EN] : In this anthropological study, we will analyze the fact that people fleeing the violence in the Northern Triangle of Central America arrive to Mexico in order to escape. From the ethnographic fieldwork, we will attempt to observe how these human beings are exposed to countless traumatic experiences starting from the Mexico-Guatemala border to the city of Tenosique de Pino Suárez. To survive they face a perilous journey where their lives are threatened again. Through the testimonies and observations in the area, we aim to reveal a tragic reality wherein violence reappears in the lives of those who have tried to leave it behind.
