Method: The fi nal version of the Spanishadaptation was applied to a sample made up of 287 bus drivers living inSpain (80.1% men and 19.9% women), whose average age was 40.44 (SD=11.78). Results: The results yielded a three-factor structure for the scaleused: Time Pressure, Safety, and Passengers. These fi ndings confi rm thatthe Spanish version replicates the factor structure of the original Englishscale. The reliability of the three subscales was acceptable, ranging from.75 to .84. Furthermore, the subscales were also related to different externalcorrelates and to other scales and showed good convergent and criterionvalidity. Conclusions: The present instrument can be used to evaluate jobdemands of bus drivers, as its psychometrics are substantially sound.
