Régimen jurídico del Instituto Social de las Fuerzas Armadas : ámbito de protección

Abstract

[ES] Dentro de los regímenes especiales que regula nuestro sistema de seguridad social, se encuentra el régimen especial de la Seguridad Social de las Fuerzas Armadas, el cual se configura como una protección de carácter mutualista y se gestiona y se presta, a través del Instituto Social de las Fuerzas Armadas. El ISFAS es un Organismo Autónomo adscrito al Ministerio de Defensa e integrado en su Subsecretaría, que posee personalidad jurídica publica diferenciada, patrimonio y tesorería propios, así como autonomía de gestión. Tiene a su cargo la gestión del Régimen Especial de Seguridad Social de las Fuerzas Armadas, la Guardia Civil, el personal estatutario del CNI y el personal civil de cuerpos adscritos al Ministerio de Defensa con excepción de las pensiones de jubilación, invalidez, muerte y supervivencia que corresponden al Régimen de Clases Pasivas El ISFAS mantiene un amplio abanico de prestaciones, siendo el objeto de este trabajo realizar una visión panorámica de dicha acción protectora teniendo en cuenta las últimas modificaciones legales e interpretaciones judiciales sobre la misma.

[EN] Within the special regimes regulated by our social security system, there is the special social security regime of the Armed Forces, which is configured in a mutual protection and is managed and provided through the social institute of the Armed Forces. It oversees the management of the Special Social Security Regime of the Armed Forces, the Civil Guard, the statutory personnel of the CNI and the civilian personnel of bodies attached to the Ministry of Defense except for retirement, disability, death, and survival pensions (that corresponds to the Passive Class Regime). Maintains a wide range of benefits. The purpose of this work being to provide a panoramic view of said protective action considering the latest legal modifications and judicial interpretations on it.
