Situación laboral en el medio rural leonés desde una perspectiva de género

Abstract

[ES] El principal objetivo de este estudio o Trabajo de Fin de Máster es analizar la situación existente en las zonas rurales y en concreto, la situación laboral desde una perspectiva de género usando el caso de estudio de los municipios rurales de la provincia de León. Para ello se comenzará utilizando una metodología cualitativa, que buscará conocer las causas que llevan a esta situación actual, se utilizarán herramientas como el análisis de bibliografía. A su vez contará con una metodología cuantitativa mediante la interpretación de datos estadísticos, y también se obtendrá información de diferentes asociaciones relacionadas. Al mismo tiempo se buscará conocer más acerca de la dicotomía rural-urbano, visibilizar las problemáticas a las que se enfrentan las mujeres en el mundo rural y comprobar si esta situación ha ido evolucionando con el paso del tiempo.

[EN] The main objective of this study or Master's Project is to analyse the existing situation in rural areas and specifically, the employment situation from a gender perspective using the case study of rural municipalities in the province of León. To do this, we will begin by using a qualitative methodology, which will seek to understand the causes that lead to this current situation, using tools such as bibliographical analysis. At the same time, a quantitative methodology will be used through the interpretation of statistical data, and information will also be obtained from different related associations. At the same time, it will seek to learn more about the rural-urban dichotomy, to make visible the problems faced by women in the rural world and to check whether this situation has evolved over time.
