Análisis técnico-táctico de las acciones inherentes a cada zona de la pista en el deporte del pádel = Technical-tactical analysis of inherent actions to each area of the court in the sport of paddle

Abstract

Con el presente estudio se pretenden estudiar las diferentes acciones técnico-tácticas llevadas a cabo en las diferentes zonas de la pista de pádel. Para ello, se realiza un análisis de dichas acciones inherentes a cada zona, siendo estas acotadas de igual manera que se hace en las pistas de tenis mediante la Teoría del Semáforo. Para llevarlo a cabo, se ha procedido a visualizar y analizar dos partidos de pádel de una pareja femenina del circuito World Padel Tour, la semifinal y la final del Estrella Damm Alicante Open 2018. Los resultados obtenidos nos dicen que el grueso del juego se lleva a cabo desde el fondo de la pista y que en esta zona se realizan golpes de un carácter defensivo. Además, en la zona más cercana a la red se ganan más puntos y se realizan más golpes de trayectoria descendente o golpes ofensivos. La realización de este estudio nos permitirá añadir una herramienta de gran utilidad al repertorio de los técnicos y entrenadores de este deporte=The present study aims to study different technical-tactical actions done in the different áreas of the paddle court. With that propose, an analysis of these inherent actions to those different areas of the paddle court is done, being these bounded the same way it is done in tennis following the Traffic Light Theory. To carry out with this, two paddle games of a World Padel Tour female couple are watched and analyzed, the final and semifinal of the Estrella Damm Alicante Open 2018. The results obteined tell us that most of the game is played from de back of the court and in that area, shots are mostly defensive. Also, there are more points won and more offensive shots done in the closest area to the net. The realization of this study will let us add an implement of high value to the spectrum of paddle trainers
