Intersetorialidade na atenção as mulheres em situação de violência: uma metassíntese

Abstract

[PT] A violência contra a mulher é um problema mundial que afeta sua saúde bem como seus direitos humanos, e seu enfrentamento exige atuação articulada e intersetorial entre as instituições envolvidas. O objetivo é analisar produções científicas sobre as redes de atenção à violência contra a mulher a partir do Pacto Nacional Pelo Enfrentamento à Violência contra a Mulher publicado no Brasil em 2007. A metodologia utilizada foi a metassíntese, e de 1.091 publicações foram analisados 24 artigos originais, os quais permitiram a organização de quatro categorias temáticas. Conclui-se que o enfrentamento da violência doméstica não pode se limitar a ações isoladas devido à sua complexidade, reforçando a necessidade de um maior conhecimento para o trabalho intersetorial e funcionamento da rede.

[EN] Violence against women is a global problem that affects their health as well as their human rights, and their confrontation requires an articulated and intersectoral action among the institutions involved. The objective is to analyze scientific production on the networks of attention to violence against women from the National Pact for the Fight Against Violence against Women published in Brazil in 2007. The methodology used was the metasynthesis, and of 1,091 publications were analyzed 24 original articles, which allowed the organization of four thematic categories. It is concluded that the confrontation of domestic violence can’t be limited to isolated actions due to their complexity, reinforcing the need for a greater knowledge for the intersectorial work and operation of the network.
