Influencia de la Iniciativa de la Franja y la Ruta en el comercio de energía entre China y América Latina = “一带一路”倡议对中国-拉美能源贸易的影响研究

Abstract

[ES] Como la base y la fuerza motriz para el progreso de la humanidad, la energía es vital para el desarrollo económico, para la vida de las personas, y para la seguridad nacional de los países. En la investigación se analizarán un conjunto de variables que inciden en el comportamiento de exportaciones energéticas latinoamericanas a la República Popular China durante el periodo 2000-2019 y para ello se emplea un modelo log-lineal. Los resultados muestran que asumiendo un crecimiento real del producto interno bruto (PIB) chino cercano del 7% anual las exportaciones de energía latinoamericanas a China crecerían un 4% anual en promedio. Ahora bien, si se asume un incremento anual promedio del 5% en la producción de energía en China se estima que las exportaciones de energía latinoamericanas a China se incrementen 5,9%. Respecto al consumo de energía en China, si se asumiera un incremento en 7%, se estima que las exportaciones de energía de Latinoamérica a China crecerían 8,2%. En este modelo también se estima la elasticidad de las exportaciones de energía de acuerdo al comportamiento de los precios de la energía, la inversión de China en América Latina y los proyectos que desarrolla el país asiático en la región.

[EN] : Energy is the basis and driving force for the progress of humanity, it is vital for economic development, for people's lives, and for the national security of countries. This research will analyze a set of variables that affect the behavior of Latin American energy exports to the People's Republic of China during the period 2000 -2019 using a log-linear model. The results show that assuming a real growth of China's gross domestic product (GDP) close to 7% per year, Latin American energy exports to China would grow by 4% per year on average. Assuming an average annual increase of 5% in China's energy production, Latin American energy exports to China are estimated to increase by 5.9%. With respect to energy consumption in China, assuming a 7% increase, it is estimated that energy exports from Latin America to China would grow by 8.2%. This model also estimates the elasticity of energy exports according to the behavior of energy prices, China's investment in Latin America and the projects developed by the Asian country in the region.

[ZH] 作为人类进步发展的基础和原动力，能源对经济发展、人类生活及各国的国家安全 都至关重要。本文通过建立对数线性模型，分析2000-2019年间影响拉美能源出口中国的整体 变量。经建模分析可见，在中国的国内生产总值实际年增长率为7%的情况下，拉美国家对中国 的能源出口平均年增长率可达4%。那么，如果中国能源生产的平均年增长率为5%，可预估拉美 国家对中国的能源出口会增长5.9%。在中国的能源消耗方面，如果年能源消耗增长7%，拉美国 家对中国能源出口的增长比例可达8.2%。同时,根据能源价格变量、中国在拉美国家的投资及 项目数额变量，对能源出口的弹性问题进行了研究。
