¿Qué puedo hacer yo por el equipo? Desafíos cooperativos

Abstract

[ES] La presente comunicación muestra una experiencia práctica a través de una Unidad Didáctica que versa sobre los desafíos cooperativos con la clase de 4º de Educación Primaria en el CEIP Padre Manjón. Tiene como objetivo conocer diferentes estrategias a través del modelo de aprendizaje cooperativo en el que los estudiantes aprenden con, por y de otros compañeros. Para ello, se han diseñado 9 sesiones donde los retos van aumentando el nivel de complejidad a la par que aumenta el número de integrantes por grupo. El desarrollo de la UD ha sido positivo, reduciendo las faltas de respeto e incrementando las estrategias cooperativas y el tiempo de compromiso motor, donde la evaluación formativa ha sido fundamental para conseguirlo. Así, una utilización de este modelo ayuda a lograr los objetivos propuestos si se trabaja en el tiempo y se ayuda a reflexionar al alumnado tras su puesta en práctica.

[EN] This communication presents a practical experience through a Didactic Unit that deals with cooperative challenges with the class of 4th grade of Primary Education at CEIP Padre Manjón. It aims to learn different strategies through the cooperative learning model in which students learn with, by and from other classmates. For this purpose, 9 sessions have been designed where the challenges increase the level of complexity as the number of members per group increases. The development of the UD has been positive, reducing disrespect and increasing cooperative strategies and motor engagement time, where formative evaluation has been fundamental to achieve this. Thus, the use of this model helps to achieve the proposed objectives if it is worked in time and students are helped to reflect after its implementation.
