Cuestiones jurídicas del representante de artistas

Abstract

[ES] El objeto del presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado es el estudio de las vicisitudes relacionadas con la figura del representante de artistas desde una perspectiva jurídica, con especial referencia a la relación contractual entre representante y representado, así como derechos, obligaciones y posibles responsabilidades de ambos. A tal efecto, las siguientes páginas consignan un análisis teórico, práctico, doctrinal y jurisprudencial de índole civil, centrado en el planteamiento y formulación de los distintos contratos que se generan en este tipo de relaciones profesionales, y que pueden dar lugar a posibles intromisiones ilegítimas en el derecho de ambos profesionales. Además, se estudiará la responsabilidad y las posibles vías de reparación del daño causado por tales actuaciones.

[EN] The purpose of this Final Degree Project is to study the vicissitudes related to the figure of the artist's agent from a legal perspective, with special reference to the contractual relationship between agent and principal, as well as the rights, obligations and possible responsibilities of both. For this purpose, the following pages contain a theoretical, practical, doctrinal and jurisprudential analysis of a civil nature centered on the approach and formulation of the different contracts that are generated in this type of professional relationship, and which may give rise to possible illegitimate intrusions into the rights of both professionals. In addition, liability and possible ways of repairing the damage caused by such actions will be studied.
