[EN] In this paper we are going to discuss the design of a plastic injection mold using 3DExperience software. In chapter 1 we will start with an introduction about plastic injection molding and we will see all the parameters that influence the manufacturing process. Chapter 2 deals with aspects that we will have to take into account when designing the part. In addition, in this chapter we will choose the materials that we will analyze by performing the simulations. In chapter 3 we will make a brief introduction to 3DExperience seeing how the applications it contains are distributed and divided. In chapter 4 we will see which workflow we will follow in the realization of the whole design. In addition, we will calculate data that we will need when designing the mold such as the number of cavities that we are going to use, as well as the clamping force that we will need. In chapter 5 we will simulate the injection with Inspire Mold software analyzing two materials PP and ABS, both for one and two injection points, and we will study which is the best option for our part. In chapter 6, we will proceed to the mold design, first of all, we will make a pre-dimensioning with the HASCO manufacturer, with which we will select plate by plate according to our needs until we have the complete mold. We will obtain the plans of the plates and of each one of the components of the mold. Returning to 3DEXPERIENCE, we will use the Catia Mold Project tool to design the mold. From this tool we will first access the Core and Cavity Separarion module where we will create the necessary surfaces and with them the core of the mold. Then we will access the Mold Tooling Design module to create the cooling channels and the ejectors. Finally we will access to the database of a manufacturer to import a mold from this one, which in our case will be from Hasco, we will dimension the mold plates and we will make a small simulation of the extraction of the part.
