Nave industrial ecosostenible de prefabricados de hormigón

Abstract

[ES] Se ha llevado a cabo el diseño y cálculo estructural de una nave industrial con sus correspondientes instalaciones básicas (fontanería, saneamiento, protección contra incendios o iluminación), la cual va a estar destinada a la producción de prefabricados de hormigón. La nave diseñada se considera ecosostenible ya que va a disponer de los suficientes paneles solares fotovoltaicos que permitan generar la energía eléctrica demandada por su maquinaria. Dicha estructura se va a situar en el polígono industrial de Villadangos del Páramo (León) y poseerá una superficie de 2100 m2, siendo su longitud y su luz de 60 y 35 metros respectivamente. Los pilares tendrán una altura de 6 m y sobre ellos se monta una cubierta a dos aguas con una pendiente del 11,42%, con lo que la cumbrera tendrá una altura de 8 m. Este documento presenta la estructura típica de un proyecto de ingeniería: memoria, anejos (donde se describen las bases y métodos empleados para el diseño y cálculo de la estructura y las correspondientes instalaciones de la nave cumpliendo con las normativas vigentes), planos, pliego de condiciones, mediciones y presupuesto. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se ha empleado fundamentalmente el programa Cype, que ha permitido realizar el cálculo de la estructura y generar los presupuestos correspondientes. Además, se han utilizado otros programas como AutoCAD para el desarrollo de los planos o Dialux para el diseño de la instalación de iluminación.

[EN] The design and structural calculation of an industrial building with its corresponding basic installations (plumbing, drainage, fire protection and lighting), which will be used for the production of prefabricated concrete products, has been carried out. The designed building is considered to be eco-sustainable as it will have enough photovoltaic solar panels to generate the electrical energy required by its machinery. The structure will be located in the industrial estate of Villadangos del Páramo (León) and will have a surface area of 2,100 m2, with a length and span of 60 and 35 metres, respectively. The pillars will have a height of 6 m and a gable roof with a slope of 11.42% will be mounted on them, so that the ridge will be 8 m high. This document presents the typical structure of an engineering project: report, appendices (describing the bases and methods used for the design and calculation of the structure and the corresponding installations of the building in compliance with current regulations), plans, specifications, measurements and budget. For the development of this project, the Cype programme has been used, which has allowed the calculation of the structure and the generation of the corresponding budgets. Other programmes were also used, such as AutoCAD for the development of the plans and Dialux for the design of the lighting installation.
