La disciplina deportiva en el fútbol español

Abstract

[ES] Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado responde a la intención de profundizar sobre el papel de la justicia en el fútbol español. A fin de lograr ese objetivo, introduciré el tema en base a los principios básicos que articulan todo el entramado del derecho deportivo español en general para, a partir de ahí, adentrarnos en el derecho deportivo aplicado al fútbol español en particular. Analizaré el funcionamiento y la composición de los diferentes organismos que rigen la justicia en el deporte rey en nuestro país a partir de las potestades jurídicas que les habilitan para tal fin, así como la ilustración de las mismas a partir de algún caso real que haya requerido la intervención de dichos órganos.

[EN] This Final Degree Project responds to the intention of deepening the role of justice in Spanish football. In order to achieve this objective, I will introduce the subject based on the basic principles that articulate the whole network of Spanish sports law in general, and from there, we enter the sports law applied to Spanish football in particular. I will analyze the functioning and composition of the different bodies that govern justice in the king sport in our country from the legal powers that enable them for this purpose, as well as illustrating them on the basis of an actual case that required the intervention of these bodies.
