[EN] Due to the ongoing digitization, sources of information such as books, magazines, or physical brochures, among others, are losing importance and are increasingly less utilized for inquiries about the tourist destination one intends to visit. Therefore, this Bachelor's Thesis focuses on investigating one of these sources, physical brochures, comparing through them the perceived and induced image of both residents and tourists of the city of Leon, as a cultural and gastronomic tourist destination. Both secondary information sources have been consulted to establish the theoretical framework and primary information sources to obtain data that addresses the general objective. The techniques employed for its analysis have been a pre-test, followed by an eye-tracking experiment and finally a pos-test. Regarding the perceived image, it has been observed that both tourists and residents share a very similar perception of this city as they associate it with indicators such as ambiance, quality of life and cold weather. In relation to the induced image. The differences between both target audiences are more noticeable, as on the one hand, tourists focused more on the images in the brochures, and residents focused more on the text they presented. This may be because residents are familiar with the cultural and gastronomic resources of Leon due to their proximity and, however, they are interested in learning more about them.
