Practical recommendations regarding methods and receiver selection A1 Rodríguez Pérez, José Ramón A1 Álvarez Taboada, María Flor A1 Sanz Ablanedo, Enoc A1 Gavela, Antonio A2 Ingeniería CartograficaGeodesica y Fotogrametria K1 Ingeniería agrícola K1 GPS K1 Desarrollo forestal AB Selecting the appropriate receiver and methods might be complicated when a major portion of GPS data collection is below forest canopies. This study compares recreational GPS receivers. It was aimed to determine the most suitable method and receiver for position assessment under different forest canopy covers, in terms of easiness of use, accuracy, realibility, and the ratio accuracy/cost. Data were collected in 17 forest locations and consisted of 3 measurements with each receiver per plot and positioning method SN 8790907523 YR 2013 FD 2013-06-05 LK http://hdl.handle.net/10612/2709 UL http://hdl.handle.net/10612/2709 NO XXIII International FIG Congres, 2006, Munich, Alemania DS BULERIA.
