| es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | [EN] This experimental study conducts an analysis of the learning of an acrobatic element on uneven bars, specifically the transition from the lower to the upper bar. Nine Base-level gymnasts, divided into three groups, participated in the study. In terms of teaching styles, the modified mini-circuit (Carrasco, 1976), similar to the assignment of tasks, and small groups (Delgado, 1990) were used. In terms of spatial organisation, the small group teaching style was applied in the physical preparation station, while task assignment was applied in the flexibility station. The three analysed variables were execution technique, flexibility, and strength-endurance. After 8 weeks of specific training, the results obtained from the initial and final evaluation sessions were observed and compared. Consistent with the proposed hypothesis, significant differences were found in the technique (p<0.000) (p=0.008) (p=0.014), flexibility (p=0.006), and strength endurance (p<0.000) of the participants. It can be concluded that the mini-circuit training with specific flexibility and physical preparation exercises resulted in a noticeable improvement in the technique and physical condition of the gymnasts, facilitating the learning of the proposed bar transition element. | es_ES |
