¿Dónde vamos a encontrar la cooperación?

Abstract

[ES] Dos profesores de Universidad quieren encontrar la cooperación en una escuela de primaria. Con este objetivo piden a dos maestros que les ayuden a encontrarla a partir de la escritura de historias. Los maestros relatan, durante un curso escolar, que les pasa a los equipos reducidos y heterogéneos de sus clases de segundo y quinto. La escritura de las narrativas permite establecer, entre los dos profesores y los dos maestros, un espacio entre iguales con la finalidad de descubrir cómo pueden encontrar la cooperación. Más allá de la aplicación de estrategias y técnicas didácticas, aprenden que cooperar es una habilidad comunicativa que se encuentra en el lenguaje de los alumnos, en su interacción, en sus gestos de complicidad o en sus miradas de ayuda. Descubren, en definitiva, que aprender a cooperar es complejo.

[EN] Two university professors want to find cooperation in an elementary school. With this objective, they ask two teachers to help them find it by writing stories. The teachers tell, from the beginning of the school year until the end, what happens to the small and heterogeneous teams in their second and fifth grade classes. The writing of the narratives allows to establish, between the two professors and the two teachers, a space between equals in order to discover how they can find cooperation. Beyond the application of didactic strategies and techniques, they learn that cooperation is a communicative skill that can be found in the language of the students, in their interaction, in their gestures of complicity or in their looks for help. They discover, in short, that learning to cooperate is complex.
